Deposit Requirements
      

50% of total booking by credit card security is required to secure reservation.

In the case of cash, cheque or direct bank transfer, 50% of total booking (or the tariff for the first night, which ever is the greater) is required at the time of booking and the balance must be received by Delderfield not less than 24 hours prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy    

  • More than 7 days prior to booking

    Your deposit will be returned if cancellation occurs more than 7 days prior to due arrival date.  A $50 cancellation fee will apply.  If an alternative date within 3 months can be arranged, the cancellation fee will be waived.

  • Within 7 days

    Cancellation within 7 days of due arrival date will incur the full cost of the first nights tariff OR 50% of the total booking (which ever is the greater).

  • No-Show

No-show will trigger liability for the full amount of your  reservation.
 

Delderfield has no facilities for children or pets
and has a no-smoking policy in the suites.
